9. A party may apply to be exempted from filing paper copies of the documents that accompany the application, or some of these documents, should all the parties to the application consent that they be filed in computer format.
The application is made in writing and sent to the office of the Tribunal, with a copy to the other parties, and is decided by the Tribunal.
